configuring is very easy, use ifile or ifunbox and go to //var/stash/Themes/jade-HD LS [1].theme/Setup
and edit the config.js file, get the weather code from yahoo weather, do the rest as explained in previous posts.
do the same with the 2nd lockscreen.
And you need gridlock or iblank to clear the first 2 rows of homescreen!!
